We invite you to join us for a one-of-a-kind traditional breakfast served fresh each morning in the Bella Café.
The breakfast is served buffet style and features home-made, seasonal dishes, pies, salads, and yogurt. The breakfast buffet is normally included in room prices from May 1st until October 30th. Guests may enjoy their breakfast in the Café, or on our sunny patio.
Guests may choose from an array of homemade Greek cuisine such as traditional Greek pies, freshly baked breads, sweet cakes and biscuits, fruit and vegetable salads, creamy yoghurt, sliced ham, cheese, cereals, a selection of chilled juices, and freshly brewed coffee or tea.
Our dedicated housekeeping staff takes pride in the home-made dishes prepared each morning to the delight of our guests. Traditional Greek pies which are frequently featured in the buffet are:
Spanakopita: is a sour pastry consists of spinach, dill, and various seasonal ingredients, wrapped up in filo pastry. It delivers an authentic taste of the Mediterranean.
Bougatsa: is a sweet cream pie made with semolina (a coarse ground wheat), sugar, milk, eggs all wrapped in filo pastry and glazed with icing sugar and cinnamon.
Tyropita: is a cheese pie made with different varieties of cheeses mainly feta wrapped in filo pastry.
Seasonal pies: are usually sour pies made of onions or potato or tomato and other classic Mediterranean diet products, the ingredients for these pies are subject to seasonal availability.
Breakfast is normally served each morning in the Bella Café between the hours of 7 am and 10 am. All delicacies are prepared onsite for the enjoyment of our guests, and to provide our visitors with an authentic taste of Greece. Our buffet menu is dependent on local availability of produce therefore certain menu items are not always available.
